When you book a session with Tidy Haus, a consultant reserves that time exclusively for you. These policies exist to be fair to everyone.

Rescheduling Fees

Rescheduling shows a commitment to your project — we appreciate that. Reduced fees apply when rescheduling on short notice.

Notice Given Fee

  • 24 hours or more before the session

  • 12-24 hours before the session

  • Less than 12 hours before the session.

  • 1st No-Prior Notice, No Show

  • 2nd No-Prior Notice, No Show

  • 3rd No-Prior Notice, No Show

  • No charge

  • $35

No-Show Policy & Fees

A no-prior-notification no-show occurs when a consultant attends a scheduled session, and the client is not present without prior notice, or with less than 12 hours’ notice.

Important: No-show fees are invoiced separately and must be paid in full before scheduling or attending any future sessions. Unpaid no-show invoices will place your account on hold until resolved.

Refunds & Credits

  • You may cancel any purchase and receive a full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided your service has not yet begun.

  • Once 48 hours have passed, or your first session has started, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

Unused Credits

  • All deposits and prepaid hours are non-refundable.

  • If life gets in the way and you’re unable to use your remaining time, your credit stays active for one year from the date of purchase and can be applied to any Tidy Haus service.

A Few Things Worth Noting

  • Tidy Haus operates on a charge-by-the-hour basis for all of our services.

  • The 48-hour refund window and the rescheduling fee policy are separate. A same-day reschedule within your refund window still incurs a rescheduling fee if a consultant was already scheduled.

  • Project cancellations follow the same rescheduling notice tiers above. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours before a scheduled project session is treated as a short-notice reschedule.
