Yes. Everything is done remotely over Zoom or another screen-sharing tool. You stay in your own home, watch as much or as little as you like, and we do the work. There is nothing to drop off and nobody comes to your house.

No. Protecting your data is our first priority. Before we reorganize anything, we make sure your files are safely backed up. We never delete anything without your explicit approval — items are set aside for your review, and nothing is removed until you say so.

Only with your approval. When we find duplicates, junk files, or items that seem unnecessary, we set them aside in a review folder instead of deleting them. You look through that folder with us, and nothing is permanently removed until you give the go-ahead.

Yes. After your project is complete, we check in to make sure everything is running smoothly. You can book follow-up sessions any time for adjustments, questions, or new projects — and unused package hours stay valid for a full year.
