ORGANIZING Digital Photos: Our METHOD

Organizing digital photos can seem daunting, but following a systematic approach, we can quickly and efficiently organize and manage your entire collection. Here are the steps we will take to organize your digital photos:

After learning your needs, we will:

  • Begin work without bothering you!

  • Create a plan to break the work into 3-4 hour sessions.

    • Depending on the volume, some photo collections may require only one session, while others may need two to three sessions.

  • At the end of each session, we may have some organizing issues and questions to review.

  • Typically, we would group photos between the categories you provide.

You will be able to access and navigate all your digital memories from your mobile device.

STANDARD RATES

Our digital organizing service is offered on an hourly basis with a 3-hour minimum.

  • Standard Rate: $140/hour, and we require a 3-hour minimum

  • 10 to 20 hours: $125/hour

  • 20+ hours: $110/hour

  • Most clients need 6-10 hours of work.
